01
Seller identity

MONTORO Ylan Henri Philippe – EI, trading as Online Corps, SIREN 101 668 853, SIRET 101 668 853 000 19, registered address 64 Avenue de Bordeaux, 11100 Narbonne, France. This document covers standardized digital products sold through the Stripe checkout (packs and subscription plans). Bespoke, quoted web-development or hosting service contracts are instead governed by our Conditions Générales de Vente — services, which has different terms suited to project-based work.

02
Products and prices

We sell digital packs (templates, scripts, tools and similar digital products) and subscription plans giving access to platform features. Prices are displayed in euros on each product/plan page and confirmed again in the checkout modal before payment. Where VAT is applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT ("TTC"); see Section 1 regarding our VAT status.

03
Order and payment
Important

An order is placed by selecting a pack or subscription plan and completing payment through our Stripe-powered checkout. The price actually charged is always read from our server-side catalog at the time of payment, never from what is displayed in your browser, to prevent price tampering.

Before confirming payment you must check the box confirming you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, our License Agreement; this acceptance, together with its version and timestamp, is recorded against your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized by Stripe; you receive a confirmation once it settles.

04
Delivery

All products covered by this document are delivered electronically — see our Digital Delivery Policy for full detail on timing, where to find your purchase, and what to do if delivery fails.

05
Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are an EU consumer, see our Refund Policy for how the 14-day right of withdrawal applies (and how it can be lawfully excluded) for digital content delivered immediately after payment. We do not treat digital purchases as unconditionally non-refundable — the legal position depends on the consent captured at checkout for each order.

06
Refunds, technical issues & defective products

Full detail on when a refund is available (non-delivery, technical fault attributable to us, duplicate payment, confirmed fraud, valid withdrawal) is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07
License and intellectual property

Purchasing a pack grants you a license to use it under the terms of our License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you. Large-scale commercial exploitation may require a separate Commercial License. See our Intellectual Property page for the distinction between content we own and third-party/open-source content that may be included in a pack.

08
Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price actually paid for the product concerned, except for liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

09
Governing law and dispute resolution
Important

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you benefit from under the law of your EU country of residence if you are a consumer. Before any legal action, you are invited to contact us at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.

If you are an EU consumer and an amicable resolution fails, you may refer the dispute to the following consumer mediator:

  • Mediator: Médiateur de la consommation FEVAD
  • Address: 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France
  • Website: https://www.fevad.com

You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform if applicable to your situation.
