Unless stated otherwise, the following are owned by MONTORO Ylan Henri Philippe – EI (trading as Online Corps) and protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law:

• Source code we developed for the platform itself (site, client panel, ARIA assistant, Code Online editor, admin tools);
• Designs — the site's visual identity, layout, and UI components;
• Text — original written content on the site (product descriptions, blog posts, help articles) unless credited to a third party;
• Packs and digital files that we created ourselves, subject to the license terms in our License Agreement.

Some content displayed or distributed through the Service belongs to third parties and is used under license, attribution, or fair-use principles as applicable. This includes, where present: stock imagery/icons, fonts, third-party APIs and integrations, and any component identified as third-party inside a pack (see Section C and our License Agreement). Online Corps does not claim ownership of these elements and their use remains governed by their own license.

The platform relies on open-source software, including — based on the dependencies declared in this project — Stripe's official PHP SDK (stripe/stripe-php), PHPMailer (phpmailer/phpmailer), and Dompdf (dompdf/dompdf), each distributed under their own open-source license. These libraries remain the property of their respective authors and are not covered by Online Corps' own intellectual property rights. Any additional open-source component bundled inside a specific pack is documented, where available, in that pack's own files.

"Online Corps" and the associated logo are used as the trading identity of MONTORO Ylan Henri Philippe – EI. Any registration status of this name or logo as a formal trademark should be confirmed with the relevant national trademark office.

Names of third-party services, platforms, and technologies referenced on the site (payment providers, hosting partners, social networks, programming languages/frameworks) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe compatibility or integration, not to claim any affiliation beyond what is explicitly stated elsewhere on the site.
